Q9bet Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services offered by Q9Bet on its platform at q9bet.world. Using any feature of Q9Bet — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing sports bets, accessing the online casino, or taking part in any promotion — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use Q9Bet's services. Q9Bet reserves the right to deny access or close accounts that do not comply with the conditions set out herein.

These Terms should be read alongside Q9Bet's Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each betting type, all of which form an integral part of this document.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use q9bet's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be included on any active self-exclusion list on betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a Q9Bet employee.

Registration on Q9Bet is strictly personal and non-transferable. Only one active account per CPF, email address, and mobile number is permitted. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same user, all accounts may be closed and pending balances held pending completion of an internal review.

Q9bet may request identity verification documents at any time — including a government-issued ID, driver's license, Brazilian passport, and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. This request may occur before your first withdrawal or as part of internal security procedures. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3User Account

Once registered, you are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. q9bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately to request a preventive block.

Update Details

It is the user's responsibility to keep their registration details up to date on Q9Bet. If your address, mobile number, or email changes, go to your account settings and update the information. Outdated details may delay withdrawal processing or the delivery of important account communications.

Account Use

A Q9Bet account is for the exclusive personal use of the account holder. Using the account to process bets on behalf of third parties, receive unauthorized third-party deposits, or participate in any money laundering or fraud scheme is strictly prohibited. Q9Bet uses automated systems to detect anomalous patterns and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.

4Deposits

Q9Bet accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods available for the Brazilian market:

• Pix – Instant credit to your account. Available 24 hours a day, every day. Accepted by all Brazilian banks and fintechs operating on the Pix network, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Inter, C6, and more;
• Boleto bancário – Settlement within up to 1 business day after confirmed payment;
• Credit & Debit Card – Visa and Mastercard with instant approval, subject to anti-fraud review;
• PicPay – Instant credit via the PicPay app;
• Mercado Pago – Instant credit via Mercado Pago account;
• TED Transfer – Available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil.

The minimum deposit accepted by Q9Bet is R$ 20.00. No deposit fee is charged by the platform. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Deposits must be made from bank accounts, digital wallets, or payment instruments registered in the name of the Q9Bet account holder.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Q9Bet are processed exclusively in BRL (R$) and only to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing within 2 hours for accounts with completed identity verification.

Withdrawal conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00;
• The account must have identity verification completed before the first withdrawal;
• The Pix key provided for withdrawal must be registered under the CPF of the q9bet account holder;
• Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements applicable to the corresponding promotion have been fully met;
• Balances funded by credit card may be subject to specific withdrawal restrictions in accordance with card scheme rules.

Processing times

Pix withdrawals are processed within 2 hours for verified accounts. For other methods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Q9Bet reserves the right to extend this timeframe by up to an additional 5 business days in cases requiring further identity verification or security review. No withdrawal fee is charged by Q9Bet.

6Betting Rules

Bets placed on Q9Bet are binding the moment you confirm the slip on the platform. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.

Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid when the covered event takes place as scheduled. In the event of a cancellation or postponement:

• If the event is cancelled before it begins, the bet is refunded in full to the account balance;
• If the event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original time, bets remain valid for the new date;
• If the rescheduling exceeds 48 hours, bets are refunded;
• In accumulator bets where one event is cancelled, the corresponding selection is removed from the slip at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stay valid.

Odds Errors

Q9Bet reserves the right to void and correct bets placed at odds published due to an obvious error — odds that are clearly disproportionate to the market or the result of a technical failure. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded to the account balance. Bets placed deliberately to exploit obvious odds errors may result in account closure.

Minimum bet

The minimum bet amount on Q9Bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum bet per market varies depending on the event and market type, and is displayed on the bet slip itself before confirmation.

7Online Casino & Games

Q9bet offers an online casino section that includes slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games. All q9bet casino games use certified random number generation systems (RNG) or audited live streaming, ensuring fair outcomes.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios with professional dealers. q9bet has no control over transmission failures that may interrupt a round. In such cases, any bet placed before the interruption is subject to the refund rules defined by the specific game provider, which are communicated to the user at the time of the incident.

Casino promotions such as free spins and deposit bonuses are subject to specific usage and rollover rules, which are described in the individual Terms of each promotion, available on the corresponding offer page.

8Promotions & Bonuses

Q9Bet runs promotions periodically for registered users, including deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback, and seasonal offers tied to sporting events such as the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and MMA competitions. Each promotion has its own specific Terms, which include:

• Offer validity period;
• Eligibility (new registration or existing user);
• Rollover requirement (how many times the bonus must be wagered before withdrawal);
• Minimum odds for bets that count toward the rollover;
• Sports and markets eligible for bonus use;
• Maximum time to use the bonus before it expires.

Bonus balance and real money balance are held separately in your q9bet account. Bets draw from your real balance first, unless you explicitly choose to use your bonus balance. Unused bonuses that expire are automatically removed from the bonus balance with no compensation.

9Prohibited Conduct

Use of the Q9Bet platform is conditional on compliance with the following conduct rules. The actions listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and the holding of balances for review:

• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Creating multiple accounts in your own name or in the name of third parties to exploit promotions or circumvent platform limits;
• Use automated software, bots, or any technical tool to manipulate bets or games on Q9Bet;
• Enter into arrangements with other users to guarantee a return regardless of bet outcomes (arbitrage);
• Making deposits using third-party cards or accounts without authorization;
• Any activity constituting money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or fraud of any kind;
• Deliberately exploiting technical odds errors or system glitches for personal gain;
• Using a Q9Bet account to systematically process bets on behalf of third parties (unauthorized betting service).

Q9bet cooperates fully with the relevant Brazilian authorities in investigations related to any of the conduct described above. Balances held during internal investigations will be released or returned based on the outcome of the review.

10Responsible Gambling

Q9Bet believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. To protect users, the platform offers a full suite of responsible gambling tools accessible through account settings:

• Deposit limit – Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period;
• Bet limit – Set a maximum stake per bet to keep your spending per event under control;
• Temporary account pause (cooling-off) – Suspend access to your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion – Request permanent closure of your Q9Bet account. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated for a minimum of 6 months.

11Privacy & LGPD

All communications between your device and the Q9Bet platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Q9Bet does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing occurs only when required by Brazilian law or court order.

12Limitation of Liability

Q9Bet makes every reasonable technical effort to ensure platform availability and stability, especially during high-volume events such as Brasileirão rounds, UFC cards, and major tournament finals. However, Q9Bet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical failures;
• Losses caused by internet connection failures on the user's end;
• Bets placed based on incorrect information from third parties not affiliated with Q9Bet;
• Loss of expected profits on bets that were not confirmed prior to a technical failure;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

In the event of a technical failure affecting already confirmed bets, Q9Bet will review each occurrence individually and make the decision that best protects the user's interests within the available technical possibilities.

13Changes to These Terms

Q9Bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly to reflect changes in Brazilian betting legislation, modifications to the services offered, or improvements to the platform's internal processes.

Any material changes will be communicated to users at least 10 days in advance via the registered email address and a notice on the platform, before taking effect. Continued use of q9bet after the effective date of the new conditions will be considered full acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updates, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms come into force.

14Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Q9Bet account at any time through the support channel. Before closure, any open bets will be settled as normal and the remaining real balance will be returned via Pix to the key registered under your CPF.

Q9Bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of the Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, failure to pass identity verification, or by order of competent authorities. In such cases, the account balance will be held pending the completion of an internal review, after which it will be returned if no proven irregularity exists.

Bonus balances are not refunded under any form of account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by Q9Bet.

15Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of Q9Bet's services will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil, with preference for the court of the user's domicile for matters related to consumer rights, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

Q9Bet operates in compliance with current Brazilian legislation on sports betting and online gaming, including the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and all other applicable rules governing the sector within Brazilian territory.
